  • 1. How can I order my medicines?

    You can order medicines by Mobile App.

  • 2. Scope of delivery?

    Currently we deliver medicines only in Ahmedabad.

  • 3. What are the delivery charges?

    Delivery is FREE for all Orders

  • 4. When can I place my order?

    You can order 24*7 through our Mobile App. We service orders from Monday-Saturday (Sundays closed). In case of any delay, prior information will be communicated.

  • 5. How is my order processed?

    Step 1: You can place the order either by uploading the prescription or by selecting from the dropdown list of Medicines. However if the selected medicines requires prescription, then you will be prompted to upload the same.
    Step 2: Pharmacist reviews and digitises the prescription along with a order cart and is send to you for your approval.
    Step 3: Once you approve the order is confirmed.
    Step 4: Our representative will deliver the medicine at your doorstep. You have to ensure that you have your prescription and payment available at the time of delivery. Our representative will stamped the prescription as dispensed (as per the pharmacy act 1948 and Drugs and Cosmetic Act 1940) and will take the picture of stamped prescription.

  • 6. Is my order confirmed as soon as I upload the prescription?

    Our pharmacists verify and validate the prescription and digitize the same and send the details of order for your approval. The order will be considered confirmed once you approve it.

  • 7. How can I track my order?

    We will keep you updated about your order status via email. You can also view your dashboard with updated status of every order you place.

  • 8. Can I get the medicine when I am not at home?

    In case you are not at home, please nominate a neighbor or someone close by whom can receive the order on your behalf. Please ensure that they have the ordered Prescription and payable amount. If the Prescription is not available at the time of delivery we will not deliver the order.

  • 9. What If my order does not get delivered?

    We strive hard to service all our orders. However, due to unavailability of any medicine we will discuss possible alternative with your doctor and execute accordingly.

  • 10. What are the modes of payment ?

    We currently offer Cash on Delivery. We are working on other options.

  • 11. Can I edit or cancel my order once placed?

    We generally do not cancel the order once approved by you. However for any reason you want to cancel the order please contact us on: +91-79-48006334 (between 11am and 7pm, sundays closed).

  • 12. Why prescription is required?

    If you place an order of a medicine that can only be prescribed by a qualified medical practitioner, then you need to have a prescription for that medicine. Our MobApp facilitate you to upload the prescription while placing the order. At the time of delivery, you have to show the original prescription to our delivery boy.

  • 13. How do I ensure quality and authenticity of the medicines?

    We procure the medicines directly from certified distributors/dealers and regulated manufacturers. Rest assured, we ensure that you get only quality and authentic medicines that are well within the expiry date.

  • 14. Availability of the medicine?

    Please note that price & stock of medicines change in real time. We are working to expose real time price & stock information.

  • 15. What are Generic Drugs?

    A generic drug (generic drugs, short: generics) is a drug defined as "a drug product that is comparable to a brand/reference listed drug product in dosage form, strength, quality and performance characteristics, and intended use". It has also been defined as a term referring to any drug marketed under its chemical name without advertising or to the chemical makeup of a drug rather than to the advertised brand name under which the drug is sold.

  • 16. Can I buy Generic Drugs?

    Normally the prescription mentions the brand name of medicines and not its contents. Medicine with same contents are called substitute. You can buy generic substitutes provided the doctor writes the content's name instead of brand name in the prescription.
